Healthy Meals, On Repeat

Our subscription option is designed to make staying on track simple. Set your preferred delivery or pickup schedule, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

How It Works

When you subscribe to a meal bundle:

Your order will automatically renew based on your selected frequency
Meals will be prepared fresh and fulfilled via your chosen method (delivery or pickup)
We’ll rotate your meals based on your selected preferences and dietary requirements
Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions are automatically billed according to your chosen schedule.

By subscribing, you agree to ongoing charges until your subscription is paused or cancelled.

 

Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription at all times through your customer account.

You can:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip upcoming orders (within 48 hours of fulfilment)
  • Update your meal preferences
  • Change your delivery or pickup method
  • Cancel at any time (within 48 hours of fulfilment)
  • There are no lock-in contracts or minimum terms

 

Changes & Cut-Off Times

To make changes to an upcoming order, please ensure updates are made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled fulfilment day.

Changes made after this window may not apply to the next order.

  • Delivery Subscriptions
  • Delivery is available Thursdays only
  • Order cut-off: Tuesday at midnight

 

Pickup Subscriptions

Pickup is available during standard store trading hours.

 

Responsibility for Account Management

Customers are responsible for managing, updating, and cancelling their subscription via their account.

We are unable to guarantee changes requested outside of the required notice period.

 

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel subscription services at any time if required, including in cases of supply constraints or operational changes. Customers will be notified where possible.
