Healthy Power Meals - Refund & Exchange Policy

At Healthy Power Meals, we take pride in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please read the following terms regarding refunds and exchanges.

1. INCORRECT PREPARATION OR WRONG MEAL PROVIDED

If your order has been prepared incorrectly, for example, incorrect meals, missing items, or other preparation errors, we will gladly replace the affected item(s) free of charge.

Please notify us within 24 hours of pick-up by contacting us with proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.

2. ALLERGEN INFORMATION AND MISLABELING

We take food safety and allergen management seriously. If any meal has been supplied without proper allergen labeling or contains allergens not declared on the label:

  • You may choose to receive a replacement meal free of charge, or
  • Request a full refund for the affected item(s).

To help us improve our processes, please report any such issues within 24 hours of pick-up.

3. CHANGE OF MIND / PREFERENCE

Due to the perishable nature of our meal products and the fact that meals are also prepared on a per order basis, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or accidental order placement once meals are prepared or picked up.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

To report an issue or request a refund or replacement, please contact us using the following details:

When contacting us, please include: your order number (if ordered online) or proof of purchase, a photo of the issue (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the problem. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.

5. RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if:

  • The issue was not reported within the specified timeframe.
  • There is insufficient evidence of the problem (e.g., no photo, order number or proof of purchase).
  • The product has been consumed or improperly stored after pick-up.
