Christian Gee has been a personal trainer for over 25 years. He had gained invaluable knowledge through his own experience in weight training and body building which he started at the age of 11 years old. He entered his first body building competition at just 15 which he won. Christian went on to win a further 13 titles throughout his 17 years in competition, including the IFBB heavy weight Mr Australia! Focusing on not just muscle building, he offers clients nutritional advice and weight loss solutions as well as customised training programs to sculpt the body you want. Christian trains a diverse range of people from the beginner to the serious athlete. His passion for fitness is clearly reflected in his life time of personal achievements and satisfied customers. Some of which have been with Christian for over 15 years.
